Makes 2 loaves 

Wet ingredients  

1c sourdough discard

3/4c buttermilk

Juice of 1 orange

1 1/2c cane sugar

1c olive oil 

4 eggs

2c cranberries 

1tbls vanilla 

2tsp cinnamon 

1tsp nutmeg 

1/2tsp ginger

Dry ingredients  

3c AP flour 

2tsp baking powder 

1/2tsp pink Himalayan salt    

Add all the wet ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir until combined with a wooden spoon. Add your dry ingredients into the same bowl and mix until just combined. Split the batter between two lightly oiled loaf pans. Bake 350 for 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
