Wet ingredients 

2 ripe bananas

¾ c cane sugar

¾ c brown sugar

¾ buttermilk

1/3 c olive oil

2 large eggs

2 tbls bourbon vanilla extract

Juice of 1 large orange 

Zest of 1 large orange 

Dry ingredients    

3 c Bob’s Redmill 1to1 gluten free baking flour 

 1 ½ Tsp baking soda 

 1 Tsp baking powder 

 1 Tsp pink Himalayan salt  

½ c chopped walnuts    

 Place peeled bananas into a large mixing bowl and mash with a fork. Add the rest of the wet ingredients into the bowl and mix until blended. Add your dry ingredients into the same bowl and mix until just combined. Split the batter between to lightly oiled loaf pans. Bake 350 for 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
